Information Security Policy

To help realize its corporate vision as Asia’s prominent steel solution providers servicing the construction, marine, offshore and oil & gas industries, Regency Steel Asia Pte Ltd (hereinafter "RSA") places importance on information security in the conduct of its business, and introduces appropriate measures therefor.

The information assets handled by RSA concern a variety of transnational stakeholders, and RSA recognizes that the protection of those information assets from all threats to which they are exposed is an important management issue. Accordingly, it hereby lays down its information security policy, in order to ensure that all of its employees maintain and enhance information security.

  1. In order to implement information security, RSA shall determine its most important information assets from the perspective of confidentiality, integrity, and availability in terms of ensuring business continuity, and shall implement necessary management measures to protect them from any and all threats.
  2. RSA shall observe all laws and regulations and other norms relating to information security, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information
  3. RSA shall assign the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to take responsibility for information security and shall form the Information Security Committee under the direction of the CISO. The CISO and the Committee shall each be granted necessary responsibilities, powers, and management resources and shall engage in information security management.
  4. RSA shall subject information security management to internal audits and reviews of its activities, examine the results thereof, and implement improvements continually
  5. In order to make the information security management based on this policy thoroughly known and implemented, RSA shall regularly provide education and training for all employees and shall maintain and improve those activities.
